Just wet your toothbrush, tap off any excess water and dip it in the jar. Use what powder sticks to your brush and brush like normal! Add as much water as you like as you are brushing. Use as part of your joyful and nourishing oral hygiene practices. 

Using the powder is a lot easier than one would think, the hardest adjustment is mindset. Some might find it strange that it doesn’t foam. In reality, the foam you’re used to in toothpaste is due to a high processed chemical called SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, derived from petroleum, palm oils or coconut oils. The sole purpose of SLS is to foam the brushing experience, with no health benefits.

Use it for a few days and feel the difference. No need to go back to the foamy stuff.
