Concealer is best applied after foundation. This way, you can see where you need to apply it, and won’t risk rubbing it off when you apply foundation. Choose a shade that is close to your skin tone or just a shade or two lighter.

Soften the tip of the concealer on the back of your hand to prepare it for application. Apply to under-eye circles, and blemishes straight from the stick onto your skin. Remember to blend it well, and to use a light hand. Stipple the pigment with your finger or brush to blend if necessary.
