How does the rewards program work?

Earn credit on every purchase you make! the credit can be redeemed at any time by using your unique code during the checkout process. Both in-store and online purchases are eligible for the program. 

To view your points balance, login to your account and hit the "Conscious Dollars" button. 

I received my order but there's an item missing / defective item, what should I do?

Can I try products before I buy?

You most certainly can. All products that you see online are also on display in our boutique in Winnipeg, Manitoba. If you can't make it into the boutique, leave a note with your order and our team will be happy to send you out a product sample with your purchase.

Can gift cards be redeemed both in-studio and online?

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at the portia-ella boutique as well as through our online store. If you happen to misplace a giftcard or are having some trouble with the redemption, contact hello@portia-ella.ca for assistance.
