In-studio RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you need to return or exchange an item and have questions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or just pop into a studio near you. Our team will gladly assist you and walk you through the process. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment or a store credit.
The usual processing time for a refund on a credit or debit card will vary depending on each situation. Simple refunds may take between 1-7 business days, but a longer time period may be required. This time period is due to your banking institution and the terminal POS provider.
Final sale items include soap bars and package-free products, as well as any products purchased at a discount during a promotion or sale.
You can also return an item, by simply logging into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under “My Account” menu and click “Return Item(s)”. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
