You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. exceptions may apply.

If you need to return or exchange an item and have questions please send an email to admin@portia-ella.ca or just pop into our studio in Morden, MB if this is an option for you.  Our team will gladly assist you and walk you through the process. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment or a store credit.

The usual processing time for a refund on a credit or debit card will vary depending on each situation. Simple refunds may take between 1-7 business days, but a longer time period may be required. This time period is due to your banking institution and the terminal pos provider.

Final sale items include soap bars and package-free products, as well as any products purchased at a discount during a promotion or sale.

If you have any allergies or suffer with any conditions that affect your skin, we have a program to make finding the right products easy and safe for you. Please communicate your needs to our knowledgeable studio staff and we'll be happy to customize your experience by adding samples of the products you're purchasing so that you can test the product before opening the full bottle in the comfort of your own home. 

You can also return an item, by simply logging into your account, view the order using the "complete orders" link under “my account” menu and click “return item(s)”. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
