If you are doing a virtual consult it helps to have a well-lit, detailed photo of your bare skin. Our experts will be better positioned to make the right recommendations based on observation.

This is entirely up to you! We meet you where you are at, and you just be you, at your comfort level. If you are wearing makeup, we will ask you more questions, and look as closely as possible to match you right or to address your questions.

For Makeup Discovery and Skin Fit Upgrade appointments, there is no need to pre-pay to reserve your spot.

Life happens! Let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you do not phone ahead to cancel we charge $25 for no-show to compensate the individual prepping your service.
