With clean hands, apply a generous amount of gel to your CLEAN, DRY face. In circular motions, rub using 2-3 fingers until white balls start to form. Then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Dry Skin: Exfoliating once or twice per week. From there, you can increase the frequency of exfoliation as your skin tolerates it.
Oily Skin: Exfoliate 3 to 4 times per week. If your skin responds well to it, you can do it as often as once to twice daily.
Combination Skin: Exfoliate every other night.
Mature Skin: Exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week.
