When it comes to makeup consultations, it is ideal to hop on a video call so that we can get a visual feel of what you need. We use Google Meet for our appointments, make sure it is readily available before your meeting!

Our experts takes into consideration your current regimen, skin concerns, experiences, and unique lifestyles, to make sure you get ONLY what you need.

If you are doing a virtual consult it helps to have a well-lit, detailed photo of your bare skin. Our experts will be better positioned to make the right recommendations based on observation.

This is entirely up to you! We meet you where you are at, and you just be you, at your comfort level. If you are wearing makeup, we will ask you more questions, and look as closely as possible to match you right or to address your questions.

For one-on-one appointments, there is no need to pre-pay to reserve your spot. You will be asked to provide a credit card number however. We charge $25 for no-show as someone has come just for you.

Life happens! Let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you do not phone ahead to cancel we charge $25 for no-show to compensate the individual prepping your service.
